With various commodities and lanes, we offer flexibility on how you want to get paid: a percentage or cents-per-mile (CPM) option. Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers with steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time.

Payout Details

Average annual pay of $70,000-$75,000 per year
Base pay: $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase + an extra .05 cents per LOADED miles (1/1-3/31)
Cents-per-mile (CPM) option available

Requirements

1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
No DUI in the past 10 years
Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not required
