    Description:
    Strategically focused solely on spearheading growth initiatives within the organization.

    In order to achieve this objective, you will work with the co-founders and lead all efforts with marketing and sales while providing guidance to product and engineering.

    You will leverage analytics to track progress and identify areas of opportunity.


    The position's main goal is to find creative solutions that help get more users and retain existing ones while stimulating activity.

    You will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies and marketing efforts


    Some duties include:
    Strategic planning for growth and marketing
    Ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently across the business
    Creating a marketing plan with a strong emphasis on the business's current stage, values and objectives
    Creating and executing marketing campaigns across all channels
    Setting growth and revenue targets and analyzing data to figure out what changes need to be made in order to attain these targets
    Seeking out new relationships with users, customers, and partners while nurturing existing relationships
    Keeping a close eye on marketing budgets to limit expenses



    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3+ years experience in consumer marketing and/or growth hacking.
    Awareness of and access to consumer audiences that can be leveraged for growth.
    Knowledge of marketing channels.
    Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns.
    Ability to create organic marketing creatives and content.
    Ability to present findings of qualitative and quantitative consumer research to the business in order to inform product-market fit.

    Qualifications:

    Having an existing audience that can be leveraged for growth.
    Familiarity with startups and the entrepreneur process.
    Familiarity and experience with web and product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.

    Familiarity with Meta (Instagram & Facebook), YouTube, Reddit, App Store & Google Play, TikTok, digital billboards, and various other ad channels.


    Compensation:

    We are an early stage bootstrapped startup looking to have someone join us as a partner in the company and have a significant equity opportunity.

    This would be an equity position until we get funding.
