Position: Lead Sr. System Engineer

Nature of Role: Lead Sr. System Engineer will support Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). They will lead efforts in designing, developing, testing, and evaluating new operational concepts within both laboratory and field environments. This position requires a strong aptitude for technical performance measure evaluations, project milestone achievements, and systems safety management in compliance with military standards.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing new operational concepts for evaluation in laboratory and field settings
• Testing and evaluating integrated sensor technologies and prototype systems using various military, land, vehicle systems, and other platforms
• Actively participating in meetings, training sessions, and interfacing with other DoD activities

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of Nine years of supporting Navy system design, development and testing
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of electronic industry standards and best practices, military standards, and test validation methods, including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and UL Safety standards
• SECRET clearance
