    HYBRID CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

    This highly lucrative position offers:

    $65,000-$68,000 PLUS 8% Bonus

    CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Process and manage customer orders for assigned accounts.
    Coordinate and track shipments.
    Prepare and create export documents.
    Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, product specifications, and shipping documents.
    Coordinate and verify timely delivery of orders.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree

    in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Management, Marketing, Economics, Communications,

    or related four-year degree required
    3-7 years customer service experience required
    Strong communication, organizational and decision-making skills
    Bilingual Spanish is a plus
