Patient Service RepLHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Service Rep for our healthcare client in Seattle, WA. This role will be a contract opportunity and 100% onsite in the South Seattle area.

This role will be focused on supporting patients in scheduling appointments, updating patient demographics, and answering any general inquiries and/or providing next steps for inquiries they have.

This will be a high-volume, phone call opportunity and applicants must feel comfortable giving a great customer service experience over the phone.

RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years in a medical administrative/healthcare customer service, and/or patient service healthcare roleProficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR Systems requiredHigh-volume phone experience requiredSkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquetteAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAble to work in a production-driven environment and be self-motivatedProficiency to work within multiple database systems, including Microsoft Office and EMR SystemsUnderstanding of how to problem-solve efficiently and when to escalate situations as needed

Pay Details:
