    The Role:

    • We are seeking a highly organized, self-directed Social Media professional to help small to medium sized businesses achieve their social media goals.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of social media management experience with expertise in paid media and knowledge of programmatic, search and/or traditional media.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies for clients.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a candidate who can:

    • Develop comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Manage all aspects of social media marketing including content creation, ad design, and reporting.
    • Analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media industry trends and best practices.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Excellent communication and writing skills.
    • Ability to create engaging social media content for various industries.
    • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and other social media advertising platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
