Locum Gastroenterologist * 118823: Southwestern, Illinois

• Certifications required: Board Certified/Board Eligible - Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards. Required
• Background Experience: 1+ Year
• Credentialing: 60-90 days (Temps Available)
• Start Date: 3/16/2024
• Dates: March 16 - June 16, 2024
• LOA (# of days worked): 3 Month Assignment (may extend)
• Work Schedule: No clinic schedule, all inpatient & outpatient scheduled procedures
• Three to four days a week, 7:30 to 2:30 pm
• Call Schedule: 2 weeks per month
• Onsite Lab and E-Ray: Yes
• Will outpatient GI and IM be required: Yes
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12-14
• EMR: Epic
• Required Procedures: ERCP, Lower GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Small Bowel Biopsy
• Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: Biopsy with Foreign Body Removal, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic
