What You'll Do:
Create & Socialize Excellence:
Develop and maintain robust processes, templates, and coaching practices for our Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Elicit, Document & Prioritize:
Employ various techniques (interviews, shadowing, data analysis, facilitating group meetings, creating wireframes/prototypes, etc.) to gather and document stakeholder requirements, ensuring alignment and prioritization to drive maximum value for our clients.
Identify & Solve:
Proactively evaluate industry trends and organizational models, identifying opportunities for improvement and educating stakeholders on potential solutions
Continuous Improvement:
Lead by example, serving as a mentor and resource for your team while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance
What You Bring:
Experience:
High School graduate with 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 3 years in PBM. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
Expertise:
Demonstrated proficiency in Business Analyst terminology, techniques, and skills
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organization
Problem-Solving:
Curiosity, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
Adaptability:
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, coupled with a desire to adopt best practices from both to drive superior outcomes
