- Drive project success and meet client expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of support staff and inspectors, providing guidance and direction throughout all project phases.
- Assume primary control over project delivery, overseeing all CEI/FDOT services assigned and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Direct and assign specific tasks to inspectors, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate final estimates throughout the construction project's duration, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary constraints.
- 10 years of FDOT CEI Experience.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in the construction of major road or bridge structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or a Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida.
- Supervised 2+ support staff and or projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Advanced MOT certification from FDOT.
- CTQP Final Estimates Level II certification.
- CTQP Quality Control Manager certification.
