    About the role

    Join our growing team as a skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer. Take charge of designing exceptional digital products that prioritize user experience and visual appeal. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform user needs into intuitive and engaging designs.

    What you'll do

    • Lead the end-to-end design process for our digital products, from concept to execution
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the product vision
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards
    • Stay updated with industry trends and est practices in UI/UX design
    • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture at Mochi Health

    Who you are

    • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Jira
    • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Set yourself apart with

    • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, for creating illustrations and iconography
    • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., JavaScript)
    • A passion for health and wellness and a desire to make a positive impact through design

    The base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$175,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
