- Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
- Work with residents; learning their likes and dislikes when cleaning their individual homes on our beautiful 58 acre property.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
- Willingness to work around standard household pets including but not limited to cats, dogs, birds, etc.
- Must be willing to walk around community to different households including during inclement weather including heat, cold, rain, etc.
- Must be willing to work with different household chemicals including bleach, vinegar, etc.
