    Job title: dental hygienist

    Description
    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina
    • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
    • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
    • CPR Certification

    Preferred Experience:

    New grad and experienced hygienist are encouraged to apply. Prior experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is desirable. Additionally, a desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health is essential.

    About Us:

    Our office provides a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients. A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided.
