    What You'll Contribute

    The Manager, Corporate Investigations will be responsible for conducting internal investigations into potential violations of company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

    What You'll Do

  • Conduct internal investigations into alleged violations of company policies, regulations, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with established protocols and legal requirements. 20%
  • Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and review relevant documentation to uncover accurate and relevant information for investigations. 15%
  • Ensure investigations are conducted in a fair, unbiased, and thorough manner, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal policies and best practices. 15%
  • Prepare clear and concise investigation reports, including findings, recommendations, and remedial actions, for review by relevant stakeholders. 15%
  • Collaborate with external investigators, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies as needed to support investigations
  • Deliver security awareness and training programs to educate employees on security procedures and promote a culture of security consciousness. 5%
  • Monitor security-related legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the organization remains compliant and up to date with security practices. 5%
  • What you have

    Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including physical security, access control, surveillance systems, and incident response.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in conducting investigations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a security team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to corporate security.
  • Proficient in using security technologies and tools, such as access control systems, video management systems, and incident management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • •Proficiency in utilizing investigation tools, data analysis software (e.g. eDiscovery), and relevant technology.
  • Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as security management, criminal justice, or risk management. Relevant certifications are desirable.
  • 5+ years experience in corporate security or a related field, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • High degree of proficiency in and/or understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST).
  • CPP or similar certification.
