- Ensure investigations are conducted in a fair, unbiased, and thorough manner, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal policies and best practices. 15%
- Prepare clear and concise investigation reports, including findings, recommendations, and remedial actions, for review by relevant stakeholders. 15%
- Collaborate with external investigators, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies as needed to support investigations
- Deliver security awareness and training programs to educate employees on security procedures and promote a culture of security consciousness. 5%
- Monitor security-related legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the organization remains compliant and up to date with security practices. 5%
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including physical security, access control, surveillance systems, and incident response.
- Strong knowledge and experience in conducting investigations.
- Experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols in a corporate environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a security team.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- High degree of proficiency in and/or understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST).
