What You'll Do
- Lead the Front Desk: hire, train, schedule, and coach agents and supervisors; ensure smooth 24/7 operation and outstanding guest service.
- Support the General Manager: assist in overseeing all hotel departments — front desk, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and breakfast — to maintain strong communication and brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences: handle service recovery with professionalism, address special requests, and respond to reviews and feedback.
- Maintain standards & accuracy: ensure compliance with brand standards, cash handling, ID verification, and night-audit accuracy.
- Foster loyalty & sales: promote Best Western Rewards sign-ups, upsell room types, and coordinate with departments to keep rooms available and guests satisfied.
- Promote teamwork: lead by example and maintain open, respectful communication with all departments.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in hotel front office leadership (Supervisor, FD Manager, or AGM experience preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team with professionalism and warmth.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Chorum experience a plus).
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnight.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: Starting at $22/hour (non-exempt, full-time)
