    We are looking to hire a Weekend Office Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Light accounting and record management
    • Refill inventory
    • Maintain work facilities in preparation for events
    • Provide administrative assistance to bartenders, cleaning staff, and customers if needed
    • Perform other office tasks: take calls, organization, documentation, making copies

    Qualifications:

    • Computer confidence: primarily Microsoft Xcel
    • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Honest and trustworthy
