    Your role will include managing ventilator integration and airway management in a complex clinical environment, while also engaging in continuous learning and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. You will work alongside a dynamic team to promote optimized care and achieve exceptional care outcomes.

    In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Practice in a technologically complex clinical setting, managing ventilator integration to adaptive pulmonary support and airway management throughout multiple levels of care.
    • Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
    • Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
    • Mentor and precept new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
