    Description

    NUCKOLLS is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team with a strong drive and clear mission. With a history spanning over a century, we are industry pioneers setting the standard for excellence.

    The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in servicing our current portfolio of 2,000 corporate clients while actively cultivating new business relationships through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be leading a small, dedicated team in executing these tasks effectively.

    As you become well-versed in our processes and systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, overseeing and guiding your team towards success.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support existing client base.
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes.
    • Provide training and mentorship to new team members on established protocols.
    • Submit daily field reports utilizing Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Foster a daily emphasis on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Demonstrate outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting targets.


    In-depth supervisory and leadership expertise.
    Capability to prioritize tasks and assign them appropriately.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful setting.
    Passionate about assisting individuals and building rapport.
    Exceptional time management and organizational proficiencies.
    Previous experience in sales or customer service.
    Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
    Community engagement orientation.
    Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Mandatory possession of a valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and reliable personal transportation are essential.
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement.
