Job Overview
I am seeking a high-caliber, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to manage a sophisticated LinkedIn engagement and networking process.

This role is designed for someone who understands the nuances of executive-level communication and can help maintain a high-authority digital presence during my transition into Senior Director or VP-level roles.


The ideal candidate is a "proactive juggler"—someone who can manage multiple administrative streams simultaneously, stay ahead of deadlines, and adapt quickly as my job search and personal administrative needs evolve.

Primary Responsibilities
Following a strictly defined process (documentation provided), you will execute the following:


  • Linked

In Engagement Management:
Monitor engagement on my posts and responses to my comments daily. Like/react to engagement and draft responses following specific "Operator Insight" guidelines.

  • Strategic Commenting: Identify high-value industry posts (e.g., from leaders at companies like Merck, J&J, or Prudential). Draft 10 high-quality comments per week that follow the "Plus One" Rule: adding specific value or asking a strategic question rather than just agreeing.
  • Network Pipeline Building: Identify "Decision Makers" (CPOs, VPs) and specialized recruiters. Manage a tracking spreadsheet in Google Sheets and draft personalized connection requests and 1:1 messages using established templates.

Admin Management:
Beyond LinkedIn, you will assist with other job search activities (application tracking, research) and personal administrative tasks. You must be comfortable shifting priorities as needs change while ensuring no balls are dropped.

  • Process Logging: Update a daily completion log to track progress and ensure 100% accountability.
Required Skills & Qualities


  • Executive Tone: Ability to write in a professional, "non-AI" sounding voice that reflects expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Operating Models.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Proven experience juggling multiple activities simultaneously while staying organized. You should be someone who thrives on keeping "all the plates spinning" and can adapt when a task needs to be pivoted mid-stream.

Familiar with navigating LinkedIn search filters, comment threads, and profile insights.

  • Reliability: All tasks must be completed/updated by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays.
Growth Potential
This role starts with the LinkedIn Engagement Process, but as you demonstrate competence and reliability, the scope will expand. I am looking for a long-term partner who can eventually handle broader professional branding and executive-level administrative projects.
