    Key Responsibilities:



    • Constructing and repairing boat decks, hulls, and other marine structures.
    • Installing and repairing marine interior components, such as cabinets, seating, and fixtures.
    • Inspecting and assessing the condition of marine structures to determine necessary repairs.
    • Selecting and cutting materials, such as wood, fiberglass, or composites, to the required specifications.
    • Using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders, to complete tasks.
    • Ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
    • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order.
    • Following blueprints and instructions to complete tasks accurately.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience as a Marine Carpenter or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of marine carpentry techniques and materials.
    • Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the marine industry.
    • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
