    Compensation:

    $65,000 - $91,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their insurance needs, and identify suitable life insurance products
    • Develop a deep understanding of New York Life's diverse range of life insurance products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and suitability to clients
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, actively listening to their needs, and offering ongoing support and guidance throughout their financial journey
    • Assist clients in developing personalized financial plans that align with their goals, considering factors such as retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and long-term care
    • Proactively generate leads and expand your client base through various prospecting activities, networking events, and referrals. Actively participate in sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets
    • Take advantage of New York Life's robust training programs, mentorship opportunities, and resources to enhance your knowledge, sharpen your sales skills, and stay updated on industry trends
    • Adhere to New York Life's ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and client confidentiality
    Qualifications:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and exceed client expectations
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred
