    Are you interested in helping children receive the education and care they deserve? Tilly is looking for dedicated, compassionate Occupational Therapist in the school setting.

    It's a rewarding position — you'll be an important member of a child's care team and will see the results firsthand as you help improve that child's life.

    *What you'll do:

    • Provide direct services including individual sessions, group sessions, or push-in sessions as per the number of services specified on a Student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
    • Offer consultation services, engaging with appropriate parties or members of the team (e.g., parents, teachers, educational specialists), in alignment with the number of services stipulated on a Student's IEP on the current or future NPS caseload (or otherwise specified).
    • Administer, prepare, and complete all necessary assessments or evaluations for students
    • Maintain a detailed and regularly updated log of student services provided, documenting the date and the beginning and ending time of each service.
    • Attend and actively participate in IEP team meetings scheduled by the IEP team.
    • Regularly complete and report on student progress on a quarterly basis for all students on the current or future NPS caseload (or otherwise specified).
    • Correspond and maintain consistent contact with members of the IEP team based on student or case requirements. Maintain open lines of communication with NPS upon request, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination of services.
    *What You Bring:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and other professionals
    • Strong leadership skills
