A law firm in Los Angeles is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Patent Litigation Attorney to join their team.

The ideal candidate should possess outstanding academic and professional achievements, including a strong law school record, impeccable references, and proven litigation and writing skills.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation, demonstrating expertise in district court proceedings, Federal Circuit appeals, PTAB proceedings, tech transactions, and patent-adjacent work such as antitrust and trade secret cases.

Handle patent infringement litigation cases in district court, including all phases from initial case assessment to trial.
Provide legal advice and support on patent matters to clients.
1-3 years of experience in patent litigation.

~ Proven litigation and writing skills.
~ Technical degree or relevant work experience preferred.
~ Patent Office registration is a plus.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
