- Utilize expertise in Azure virtual desktops, Terraform coding, Azure Network, PowerShell, and Azure monitoring
- Explore skills in Microsoft Intune, Citrix, VMware, and Group policies
- Demonstrate proficiency in Citrix, VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop, W365, and Intune Endpoint Manager
- Lead the identification, testing, and implementation of security policies following DevSecOps practices
- Provide exceptional 3rd tier support for issue resolution
- Communicate effectively with business units regarding new technologies and applications
- Drive process improvements and optimizations independently
- Conduct software testing, customization, and deployment, including OS patching
- Manage software upgrades, installations, uninstalls, and configurations
