    CNC Machinist Position at Door Controls Inc

    Join our dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about innovation and excellence in the automatic & manual door industry. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a key role in producing high-quality machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

    • Maintain quality and safety standards while keeping accurate records and equipment supplies well-stocked.

    • Program mills and lathes by entering instructions including zero points; set tool registers offsets compensation conditional switches calculate requirements including basic math geometry trigonometry proving part programs program in G code load feed mechanism verify settings maintain specifications observe drilling grooving cutting turning facing knurling threading take measurements detect malfunctions troubleshoot processes adjust reprogram controls replace worn tools adhere to quality assurance procedures processes.
