    Customer Service Specialist
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a

    Customer Service Specialist

    in the Nashville area for a faith based nonprofit.

    This role requires a passion for their mission, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

    As a member of their team, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


    Responsibilities:


    Serve as the primary point of contact for donors, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries, feedback, and requests for information.

    Accurately process donations through various channels, including online platforms, mail, phone, and in-person transactions.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the organization's database, including contact information, donation history, and preferences.

    Ensure timely acknowledgment of donations through personalized thank-you letters, emails, and other forms of recognition.


    Implement stewardship strategies to cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, including regular communication, updates on the impact of their contributions, and invitations to special events.


    Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising campaigns and events, including donor outreach, marketing materials, and logistical support.


    Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and best practices governing charitable fundraising activities, ensuring compliance in all donor-related processes and documentation.


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in donor relations, customer service, fundraising, or related fields is highly desirable.

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with donors, colleagues, and stakeholders.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with donor management software or CRM systems.

    Commitment to the organization's mission and values, with a passion for making a difference in the community.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

    Details:

    M-F, 8-5pm; Pay: $19hr-$21hr; Some travel required; Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.

    Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.


    Pay Details:
    $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
