Description
Talascend is seeking an HR Coordinator for an opportunity in Rosemont, IL.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following verbal and written instructions, work with a cross-functional team to:
Organize each sites paper I-9s in prescribed manner for further analysis.
Conduct research analysis in electronic HR systems to identify opportunities and collaborate with Reyes Holdings Compliance team on problem resolution.
Assess and surface compliance questions and issues.Gather metrics for reporting and maintaining documentation as required.
Assemble each sites paper I-9s and associated documents in compliance with shipping and vendor requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of one (1) year HR or HR Compliance experience.
Experience with Form I-9 and E-Verify preferred.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal information in I-9 files.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team with periodic feedback.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with an I-9 Management system preferred, i.e., Guardian, Equifax.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
