Responsibilities
- Provide support across a variety of branch locations within a specific geography where a banker or teller is out of the office or to temporarily cover vacancies
- Be flexible adaptable to changing priorities new surroundings while meeting customer needs Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach as well as proposing appropriate products services digital solutions to help customers succeed financially Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts completing service requests submitting credit applications Receive direction from managers exercise judgement within defined policies procedures Develop understanding bank products services connect customers' needs Interact build relationships demonstrate care Provide options fits product service Refer financial needs other bankers partners needed This SAFE position has customer contact job duties may include offering negotiating terms taking application dwelling secured transaction As such position requires compliance S A F E Mortgage Licensing Act 2008 related regulations Individuals Loan Originator positions meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements comply related Wells Fargo policies LO qualification include meeting applicable financial responsibility character general fitness criminal background standards current report assess fitness however credit score included evaluation Successful candidates also meet ongoing regulatory including additional screening if necessary Posting Location(s): +
