- Build, maintain, and update the CRM system (crmSeries).
- Be a liaison between the company and system developers to report problems and suggest desired functionality.
- Connect with manufacturers to obtain and maintain data needed for effective sales quoting.
- Maintain and update supporting quoting material, including costing, pricing, and descriptions.
- Assist with developing departmental reports as directed by senior management.
- Lead training sessions on the CRM system, traveling to our branches as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company directives regarding system use and functionality.
- Perform reporting and data analysis on industry-related databases for lead generation and marketing activities.
- Review customer information in CRM new customers, inactive, new email addresses, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and utilize this data in developing marketing activities.
- Assist Marketing Manager with business participation in special events such as open houses, trade shows, and special customer outings.
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as Marketing, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics.
- 1-3 years related job experience in business analysis, systems management, and marketing reporting preferred.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage workload.
- Detail-oriented, with strong project management and communication skills.
- Willing to travel up to 25%
- Must successfully pass a background and drug screen.
