    Description

    Job Summary: This position coordinates all training needs and addresses any technical issues experienced by system users. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Marketing Analyst creates best practices, FAQs, and system training materials specific to the use of the CRM system and, with assistance from sales and product support teams, will be responsible for the accuracy of the data.This position will also support all Marketing activities.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Build, maintain, and update the CRM system (crmSeries).
    • Be a liaison between the company and system developers to report problems and suggest desired functionality.
    • Connect with manufacturers to obtain and maintain data needed for effective sales quoting.
    • Maintain and update supporting quoting material, including costing, pricing, and descriptions.
    • Assist with developing departmental reports as directed by senior management.
    • Lead training sessions on the CRM system, traveling to our branches as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company directives regarding system use and functionality.
    • Perform reporting and data analysis on industry-related databases for lead generation and marketing activities.
    • Review customer information in CRM new customers, inactive, new email addresses, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and utilize this data in developing marketing activities.
    • Assist Marketing Manager with business participation in special events such as open houses, trade shows, and special customer outings.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as Marketing, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics.
    • 1-3 years related job experience in business analysis, systems management, and marketing reporting preferred.
    • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
    • Ability to work independently and self-manage workload.
    • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and communication skills.
    • Willing to travel up to 25%
    • Must successfully pass a background and drug screen.
