Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
- Mixology Skills: Proficient in crafting a variety of cocktails with a focus on creativity and quality.
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification: TIPS or other relevant alcohol service certification is a plus.
