This unique opportunity will allow you to work with an active outpatient population and a seasoned therapy team of PT's, PTA's, OT's, OTA's, SLP's and ATC's.
Our patient population is diverse with a strong emphasis on post-operative care for orthopedic surgeries.
Our clinicians have many specialties and certifications including concussion and vestibular rehab, dry needling, lymphedema, pelvic health, SI joint, vertigo, aquatics, industrial rehabilitation, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Ergonomic Job Analysis, Physical Agility Testing, CHT's, orthotics and custom splinting.
Physical Therapy team consists of PT's, DPT's and PTA's; collectively over 300 years of experience. The clinicians enjoy sharing knowledge and teaching, creating opportunities for in-house leaning.Physician clinic and/or surgical observation available.
Full time Athletic Trainers at 5 area schools.
Reasonable patient caseload and productivity measures.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, development, and implementation of treatment programs in collaboration with physician orders.
Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
Establishes appropriate, functional, and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
Provides exceptional patient care and service.
Utilizes electronic records to document treatment & care.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Passion around serving others
Current Indiana license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
