NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR L&D REGISTERED NURSES
Los Alamos Medical Center provides a great environment for nursing professionals! We are dedicated to quality care and safety, and we value the development of our team. We offer support for continued education, certifications, and various recognition programs. Our focus is on creating a family-like atmosphere and promoting collaboration among our nursing staff.
Main responsibilities include implementing care plans, administering medications, collecting specimens, conducting treatments, and documenting patient care. Additionally, you will monitor and communicate patient conditions, assist with daily activities, coordinate care across disciplines, and provide education to patients and their families.
Minimum Education: Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Skills: Critical thinking, good judgment, ability to work independently in stressful situations.
Certifications: BLS required within 30 days. NRP and ACLS within 6 months. AWHONN/Intermediate Fetal Monitoring/Advanced Fetal Monitoring and STABLE within 1 year.
Licenses: Current NM RN license or compact licensure.
