    Description

    The Senior Plastics Engineer will be responsible for:

    • Leading the design and development of plastic components and products.
    • Overseeing the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
    • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives in production processes.
    • Analyzing and troubleshooting issues in plastic product designs and manufacturing.
    • Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
    • Staying updated with advancements in plastics engineering technology.

    Profile

    A successful Senior Plastics Engineer should have:

    • Strong knowledge of plastics engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
    • Proficiency in CAD software for designing plastic components.
    • Experience in project management within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Plastics or Polymer Engineering.
