    Title:
    Nursing Supervisor

    Job Duties:


    The Nursing Supervisor assesses plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all the activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout facility.

    These activities will be performed in compliance with the mission, philosophy, and policies of the organization. Actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. The Nursing Supervisor will not be supervising nurses but para-professionals.

    On-call

    Qualifications:
    Graduation from an accredited program of professional nursing or a psychiatric tech. program.
    Current licensure as RN, LVN or LPT in the State of California.
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
    Current CPR and first aid certification.

    The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting.

    Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.


    Pay Range:
    $83,200—$97,760 USD
