Job Description

The Recovery Lounge Team Member plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding front-line experience for our members and guests, contributing significantly to the overall company success. They are the face of our space, responsible for welcoming, recognizing, and assisting all visitors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining knowledge of Recovery services and promotions
• Contacting new members to set up complimentary services
• Advising on services to help meet goals
• Driving sales and providing necessary knowledge for package/retail sales
• Assisting with Cryo chambers and tanks maintenance
• Ensuring check-ins and active memberships
• Collecting dues and updating billing
• Addressing inquiries and concerns
• Reporting issues promptly
• Upholding club-wide cleanliness standards
• Supporting other departments as needed
• Attending mandatory meetings
• Staying informed about Chiefs Fit, services, and promotions
• Complying with Member Services and Recovery Playbook guidelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Understanding of Fitness Industry
• Computer proficiency
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Independent, organized, and a team player
• Compliance with shift requirements

2) Minimum Certifications/Education:

• Completion of company HR training
• Cryotherapy Certification

3) Minimum Experience:

• Preferably 1-2 years of customer service experience

4) Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 45 pounds
• Tasks involving typing, telephone, and computer
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing
