The World Headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys, the Star is a comprehensive NFL training facility. It serves as the home of the entire football operation and practice fields.

The Barista works at The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX, reporting to the Beverage Manager.

Essential Job Functions

• Follows company drink recipes and procedures to provide high-quality beverages.
• Ensures customers are educated on products and services.
• Answers customer questions about coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness.
• Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service.
• Rings sales orders into POS system and counts back change to customers.
• Develops understanding of coffee and tea regions and flavor differences.
• Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Able to stand for an extended period without aid.
• Fluent in English.
• Menu planning and development.
• Able to stand or walk for varying lengths of time.
• Able to work irregular schedules, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a high-volume bar.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, sit, use hands, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Close and distance vision required.

Environmental Working Conditions

• Typically moderate noise level in the work environment.
