    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer III in St Louis, MO.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    The Systems Engineer III focuses on DoD artifacts and documentation to perform requirements analysis, including decomposition of high-level requirements into artifacts assignable during Agile program increments and sprints. They are responsible for applying systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement. They interact with Maverick project teams regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts. They communicate with other Technical Direction Plan (TDP) project personnel, Government stakeholders, and senior executives. They are responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288, to include: Technical Process Area, Enterprise Process Area, and Agreement Process Area. They contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation, such as Systems Engineering Plans, initial capability documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents. The Systems Engineer III is a senior role with extensive experience ensuring regulatory and requirements compliance of IT systems. The Systems Engineer III supervises and mentors subordinate projects and Team ManTech staff.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • 9 years of related experience and Bachelor's degree in STEM related discipline OR
    • 11 years of related experience and Associate's degree in STEM related discipline OR
    • (A candidate holding a relevant master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education.)
    Desired Certifications:
    • Master's degree in STEM or related discipline.
    • INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP)
    • OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional-Advanced (OCSMP-A) certifications.
    Security Clearance Requirements:
    • Top Secret with FSP.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
    • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
    • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
    For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
