- Operates equipment (MF system and/or Whey pre-treatment) and records all pertinent data on the record sheet.
- Takes necessary samples to ensure proper equipment operation and compliance with Lactalis regulations.
- Work closely with the Quality and Food Safety Team to ensure the quality and specifications of the product are continually being met.

The RSPC Pretreatment Operator is a dual-duty position, including Microfiltration (MF) and Whey Pre-treatment
While working MF:
independently runs the whole MF system and both milk skimming systems ("MF" and "HTST#1"). Manages the skim milk, sweet cream, and the MF retentate silos. Stays in close communication with the Milk Intake and the Mozzarella Make departments. While working the Whey Pre-treatment: independently runs the whey pre-treatment system, runs separators, and the whey cream UHT system. Manages the whey buffer silos. Stays in close communication with the whey plant.
