- Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy.
- Prepare and dispense medications according to established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor medication therapy regimens for potential interactions, contraindications, and adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and promote medication safety.
- Provide drug information and clinical support to healthcare staff and patients as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete medication records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.
- Third Shift: 9:00pm - 7:00am
- 7 on 7 off.
- Pharmacy experience.
- LTC or retail experience a plus.
- TN Pharmacistlicense.
