    Description
    The purpose of this position is to function as the Front Desk Manager at University Place Hotel (UPL).

    The Front Desk Manager will provide assistance to the General Manager in relation to front desk operations, scheduling, and staffing.


    This position is the key contact for guest related issues, reservations, front desk operations, training, liaison with other departments and the "face" of the hotel.

    Assignments include attending or conducting meetings, performing research and investigative programmatic issues related to UPL staffing models and hospitality programs.
