    Position Overview:

    The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for various activities including, but not limited to, preparing reports, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, performing research and analysis, and assisting with the month-end close processes.

    • Create monthly consolidated and departmental financial packages and perform financial analysis on key metrics to include revenue, gross margin, expenses, project utilization & realization, and other key performance indicators
    • Assist in the preparation of management financial reporting and analyses to improve strategic and operational business decisions
    • Analyze monthly results in comparison to historical trends and budgets (Monthly financials, revenue, margins, expenses, fluctuation analysis, balance sheets, etc.)
    • Assist with the annual budgeting process
    • Assist with the monthly forecasting process
    • Assist with month-end close duties, including financial reporting and analysis
    • Assist with revenue recognition processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
    • Assist with the modeling of strategic opportunities including M&A, joint ventures, new market penetration, etc.
    • Assist with optimizing key financial and operational business processes and IT platforms (aptitude and interest in learning data analytic tools Excel 9futuristic tools and software with Power BI) But not now. Wil operate in it)
    • Assist with ad-hoc reports and special projects, as needed

    Qualifications Sought:

    • ???????Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study
    • Minimum of 2 plus years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Accountant or Auditor
    • Excellent technology and data analysis proficiency in Excel, Access, and ERP systems
    • Experience with data and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus
    • Ability to work in the Wayne, PA office 4 days per week
