    Position Title: Senior Account Executive Business Development Manager - Laboratory Sales

    Location: Novitas MAC territory and SW (preference for employee based out of TX)

    Salary: W2 base $60,000-$120,000 plus 5-10% commission and bonus in compliance with EKRA health law. The final offer will be based on experience and verified sales performance history.

    Summary:

    Intralab Diagnostics, a leading provider of innovative diagnostic solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive Business Development Manager to drive laboratory sales in the Novitas MAC territory and SW. This role offers a competitive salary with commission and bonus opportunities, in compliance with EKRA health law regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in laboratory sales, particularly in molecular and PCR testing, as well as experience in reference lab sales and will cross-sell physician-owned laboratory services. This position also presents an exciting opportunity for growth into a leadership role based on positive performance, the individual would lead the sales team. Intralab Diagnostics reference laboratory site is in Houston, TX 77032.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed laboratory sales targets within the assigned territory.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, laboratories, and decision-makers.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and territories.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and support customer needs.

    Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

    Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline management.

    Requirements:

    Proven track record of success in laboratory sales, minimum 5 years, with documented achievements and results.

    Experience in selling molecular testing including PCR, CGX, PGX, and NGS testing products/services.

    Demonstrated success in reference lab sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.

    Familiarity with physician-owned laboratories and a willingness to engage in sales activities targeting this segment.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Bachelor's degree required
