Sr HCM Consultant responsible for demonstrating strong analytical skills problem-solving/debugging skills managing multiple workstreams simultaneously dedication to growing module knowledge delivering new solutions developing strong rapport gaining trust of client base guiding mentoring clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud researching analyzing existing systems processes identifying data process flows integration points articulating modification risks barriers recommending project approaches providing status issue reports to project manager/client on regular basis sharing knowledge continually improving implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects validating configuration data for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
