    As we expand our footprint in Northern California, we're seeking a dynamic individual to serve as our Multi-Property Hotel Sales Manager (Remote, based in Sacramento), driving revenue growth across all assigned properties.


    Job Description:


    Are you a passionate sales professional with a knack for building relationships and exceeding targets? Do you have a flare for creativity and innovation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities? If so, we want you on our team as a Multi-Property Sales Manager.

    In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth, forging connections with clients, delivering exceptional service that keeps them coming back, and leveraging the unique offerings of all three assigned properties to attract clients and exceed revenue targets.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    Identify and cultivate relationships with association and corporate clients, third-party agencies, and other key partners.
    Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
    Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our hotels' unique features and amenities.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
    Track sales performance and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
    Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.


    Requirements:


    Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

    Experience developing and cultivating relationships with Sacramento-based state associations (strongly preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Proficiency in Marriott CI/TY sales system (strongly preferred)Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not required).Flexibility to travel approximately 30% of the time for on-property meetings, site inspections, client meetings, and industry events.
