- Establishes clear responsibilities and expectations for each position and ensures that each employee meets or exceeds these standards. Establishes boundaries / sets clear expectations / interdepartmental oversight.
- Manages all production activities; organize and develop production schedules, originate or approve measures to improve process efficiency, equipment performance, and quality of final product.
- Ensures Safety Compliance and conducts Accident Investigations.
- Completes assessments of team members to determine development needs, coordinate training programs as applicable, and establish regular feedback with direct reports in order to mentor and develop them.
- Manages a group of Team Leaders, a Maintenance Technician, and indirectly, production team members.
- Knowledge of GD&T and machining is helpful.
- BS in a Technical discipline with 5 years manufacturing production management experience.
- Demonstrated QMS knowledge. AS9100 experience a plus.
- Previous experience with International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) policies is a plus. No experience –
