    CLIENT'S COMPENSATION FOR A DIRECT CARE WORKER

    • Residential Aide positions starting at $18.25/hour depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.
    SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

    • Assist with daily living skills, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
    • Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
    • Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, caring, and concern.
    • Participate in the house behavior modification system.
    • Assist with the transportation of individuals in agency vehicles.
    • Transport individuals to appointments (as needed)
    CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
