    Start your new career as a Warehouse Team Member with MAU at Chick-fil-A Inc. in Atlanta, GA. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will complete processes and inspections and operate equipment related to the storage, prepping, kitting, and picking of customer orders in a 37-degree CGMP environment to meet customer demand. Additionally, you will be responsible for allergen control, quarantine, Hazard Analysis, and Critical Control Point (HACCP) processes during product transfer to cold storage.

    This position serves as a launching point for a career with MAU at Chick-fil-A in a variety of roles/locations. Candidates should have previous leadership experience, problem-solving capabilities, experience with 5s problem-solving, lean manufacturing and previous machine operating experience with comfort troubleshooting HMIs.

    What We're Looking For
    • High school diploma
    • years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
    • Communication proficiency
    • Problem-solving/safety analysis
    • Production proficiency
    • Ethical conduct
    • Personal effectiveness/credibility
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk up to 5 miles per day
    • Ability to sit at desk for several hours
    • Ability to lift pounds periodically, and 50 pounds on occasion
    What You'll Do as a Warehouse Team Member
    • Ensure that supplied cold gear clothing is clean and sanitary
    • Ensure proper handwashing and sanitary processes are followed
    • Wear all required PPE in compliance with process standards
    • Maintain housekeeping standards in all work areas, warehouses, and common areas to ensure the highest level of sanitation and safety
    • Actively participate in daily communication meetings focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Process Improvement
    • Complete all required audits, process reports, and inspections as stated in the Operator Standard Work
    • Cross-train in each production and warehouse process to include warehouse order picking, inventory scanning integrity at all required locations, prepping food items (cutting/washing), operating process equipment using human interface touch screens, lockout/tag out equipment of process needed, tray loading/unloading, kitting salad and fruit bowls, product labeling and inspection, tote loading and inspection, customer-specific order picking and supermarket staging, labeling, lot code, and order quality verification
    • Actively participate in safety and quality alerts
    • Replenish materials, supplies, and components using a powered pallet jack
    • Actively participate in temperature monitoring and food safety quality assurance
    • Assist in final order staging for truck loading
    • Participate in waste reduction projects and lean process improvement
    • Actively participate in team events to drive a world-class work environment
    • Perform other tasks as assigned
