    Job Description

    The Payoff Processor II role requires on-site presence for 4 days per week at our Ewing, NJ Cenlar office.

    • Analyze mortgage payments received from borrowers or third parties to determine sufficiency to payoff the loan balance.
    • Determine whether payment can be applied as part of an existing payoff quote before requesting additional funds.

    • Collaborate with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers to resolve short-fund issues related to payoffs.
