- Communicate well with housekeeping to ensure a guest's room is ready
- Field questions or concerns when necessary
- Greet, check-in and check-out guests when they arrive and leave the premises
- Distribute room keys and room assignments
- Record credit card information with the utmost discretion and security
- General bookkeeping ensuring all hotel guest account information is correct and up to date
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace
- At least one year of hospitality experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience answering telephone calls and basic computer skills
- Display impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
