Job summary
The Global Immigration Specialist manages the athlete immigration process for assigned US and International events. The specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating both hard copy and electronic immigration files for all athletes as per established guidelines.This position performs research to determine country-specific Visa requirements, collects relevant information needed for Visa process, prepares all relevant immigration documents and submits them to the appropriate agency. The specialist also schedules consulate interviews and ensures all documents are received by the athlete prior to the interviews , collects, organizes and prepares Visa applications for assigned international events,
- Follows up with athlete/manager after consulate interview
- Provides internal updates on the status of Visa processing.
