    Position Overview

    As a HubSpot Admin, you will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our HubSpot CRM platform to support our business objectives.

    This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and HubSpot functionality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging HubSpot to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.

    The role also requires strong communication skills to successfully work as an intermediary between the sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams.


    You must be a self-motivated, technical, dynamic problem solver who is able to cope with the demands of a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    You will know everything there is to know of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities
    Act as the account manager, responsible for all new user setups and deactivation, including data transfers for deactivated users.
    Implement Sales, Marketing and Service Processes into the HubSpot CRM.

    Support Marketing's use of HubSpot, including assisting with prospecting lists as needed and helping Marketing automate processes related to campaigns.

    Building and managing dashboards, layouts, reports, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users, and other capabilities including: Flows and Process, Workflow Rules & Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Objects Configuration, Security Controls, Third-party integrations.

    Work on system implementation projects including: requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
    Create detailed training session and present to management and workshops with sales and operations teams.
    Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures.

    Help to support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM environment.

    Maintain data hygiene within the platform, implement best practices for data management and compliance.

    Qualifications

    Have 2-3 years of experience as a HubSpot administrator

    Possess a strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

    Exhibit strong skill in project creation and management including intake of tasks, prioritization and successful delivery with communication and training
    Have certifications for HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, Service Hub
    Consult and provide in depth training programs on CRM applications to end users
